Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. All jewelry pieces are made to order, so please allow additional time for crafting and shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Most of our pieces are 'made to order' and require 4 weeks to be crafted. Some of our pieces are 'ready to ship' and will be shipped the next business day. If you are unsure, please check the product description before checking out.

For Australian domestic orders, shipping is express via Australia Post, and you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. For international orders, shipping is via DHL Express. Both services are registered and traceable, and you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. International standard parcels typically take 3 to 10 working days to arrive.

Please note that shipping times do not include production time.

Responsibility
It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. If the incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for re-sending the order at our expense.

If your order does not arrive, please inform us, and we will lodge an inquiry with the courier. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery or after it has taken place. Replacements for lost items will be dispatched at our discretion.

Taxes and Duties
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon receiving their orders. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
